Nordic Aqua (Ningbo) Co. Ltd [“NAN”] is a wholly foreign owned enterprise, registered in Xiangshan on May 18th, 2018. The Registered Capital is EUR 25.0 million, with a Total Investment of EUR 75 million.
The parent company is Nordic Aqua Partners A/S, [“NOAP”], registered in Denmark on November 10th, 2016. NOAP was listed on Oslo Stock exchange on December 2nd, 2020, under the ticker NOAP.
Our business concept is to be the first commercial provider of live and locally farmed Atlantic salmon to the Chinese market, starting with an annual capacity of 4,000 + 4,000 tons, [Phase 1 + 2], expanding with + 8,000 tons [Phase 3] to reach a total annual output of 16,000 tons.
NAN is currently focusing on setting the organization and management structure to achieve its optimal objective, being to construct the facilities, install the RAS equipment and build up 4,000-ton capacity biomass towards first sale of salmon scheduled for Q4-2023.
