公司致力于电机转定子及电机机壳产品的开发与生产，不断引进先进的生产加工设备，现拥有日本AIDA & YAMADA DOBBY & KYORI 30T-300T精密高速冲床30余台，日本AIDA & OSAWA 45T-600T多工位冲床20余台，并自行研发设计制造了转子自动入轴设备及自动涂敷设备。公司还拥有自行开发设计制造各类转定子硬质合金高速级进模、多工位机壳拉深模具的能力，为了提高模具的加工制造精度，公司配有日本牧野CNC、瑞士夏米尔慢走丝线切割、高精密平面磨床等相关设备。为了保证产品质量和模具质量，公司引进全套先进的检测设备，有进口的三坐标测量仪、圆度仪、粗糙度仪、影像仪、激光测径仪、光学显微镜、硬度计等。
