1、QA Engineer（质量工程师）
Responsibilities:
>> In charge of quality management system improvement and audit;
>> Interface with internal and external member to respond customer complaints;
>> Drive and lead internal improvement;
>> Deal with Material Review Board/Return Material Authorization case;
>> Provide quality training within company;
>> Support supervisor on external business;
Qualification:
>> Bachelor Degree or above
>> 3 Years working experience, on semiconductor or micro-electronics industry is preferred;
>> Has ISO9000 internal auditor certification at least, better for TS16949;
>> Good practice on QC and quality improvement tools application;
>> Good command of English, CET-6 is preferred;
>> Good Organization and Communication skills;
>> Excellent team spirit and project driving skills;
2、QA System Engineer （质量系统工程师）
Responsibilities:
>> Ensure Quality System set up and keep normal running;
>> Perform Compliance Audit for plant and Subcon system;
>> Drive continuous improvement on audit findings and follow up its closure;
>> Monitor product compliance performance of plant and Subcon;
>> Fan in and Fan out applicable program within plant and Subcon;
>> Plant change management and coordinate PCRB review;
>> Monitor major change of Subcon process and material to ensure its compliance with PCR procedure;
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor’s degree or above, major in material science, semiconductors, physics or electronics;
>> 3 years’ quality management, ISO9000 or TS16949, Semiconductor and multinational company working experience are preferred;
>> Excellent oral and writing English;
>> Be willing to travel in local and oversea;
>> Good skills on computer operation, excellent presentation skill;
3、Product Engineer （产品工程师）
Responsibilities:
>> Coordinate and lead new product development;
>> Define product test plan and new test development with Fab R&D;
>> Perform Assy testers Vs Eval lab tester correlation;
>> Involve in PCR1 and PCR2 approval;
>> Lead engineering and qualification lots setup and analysis;
>> Part number coding for data consistency in vision for new parts with Fab R&D group;
>> Own specific engineering projects to improve product quality or yield in cooperation with Design, Fab and Assembly;
>> New Assy/Test Subcon and foundry qualification;
>> Publish weekly yield report per product family for global yield management system;
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor's degree or above,
>> 3 years’ relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry;
>> MNC experience preferred;
>> Good knowledge of discrete test platforms and device physics;
>> Good command of English;
4、Lab Engineer (实验室工程师)
Responsibilities:
>> In charge of FA lab and respond to lab supervisor;
>> Implement failure analysis operation and preparing reports;
>> Lab equipments and material maintenance;
>> Support process improvement;
Qualification:
>> Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical, chemical or related;
>> 3 years work experience, semi-conductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
>> Familiar with Fab process is preferred.
>> Familiar with ISO9000/QS9000.
>> Good command of English.
5、EHS Engineer （环境工程师）
Responsibilities:
>> Ensure the plant EHS compliance with existing National laws, regulations etc;
>> Continual environment, safety and health performance improving;
>> Consult and help Engineering Dept and Production Dept. to maintain the environment system;
>> Organize the Environment and health training;
>> Assist to audit ISO14001 and OSAH certificates and maintain continual compliance to the certification standards;
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor degree or above, major in related area;
>> 5 years related experiences in electronic plant; MNC experience will be preferred;
>> Good command of English;
6、Package Engineer （封装工程师）
Responsibilities:
>> Implement product/process/equipment strategy in all Subcon;
>> Validate and release New Package/Product introduction in all Subcon;
>> Drive new package qualification programs and package selection process for new products;
>> Build up Assembly Technology Instruction and other Process Spec Documents;
>> Lead yield and Assy defect rate improvement programs;
>> Maturity Maverick Lot Analysis and Disposal;
>> Teamwork with Fab to solve wafer related issues;
>> Engineering and Qualification lots building and analysis;
>> Drive production cost reduction projects;
>> Publish weekly PDCA report per product family for global yield management system;
>> Dive process capacity analysis & improvement;
>> Lead corrective actions to non-conformity issues including Xi'an plant/Subcon and customer complain (8D);
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronically Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering is preferred;
>> 3 years assembly experience in semiconductor field;
>> Strong problem solving skills in Assy development and production line support;
>> Familiar with APQP/PPAP and TS16949
>> Be willing to travel in local or oversea
7、Process Engineer(工艺工程师)
Responsibilities:
>> Analyze and solve production line process problems;
>> Lead technical studies to improve product quality and reliability;
>> Submit technical report or documents;
>> Responsible for the equipment/technology transfer, new equipment installation，qualification
and productivity improvement.
>> Ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out to improve equipment performance.
Qualifications:
>> University education or above, majored in Semiconductor, Electronics, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry etc.
>> Ability to use tools of DOE, FEA, FMEA, OCAPs, Process Control Plan.
>> Good commend in Chinese and English reading & writing;
>> Good computer skills
8、Warehouse Supervisor (库房主管)
Responsibilities:
>> Manages a team consist of shift GC, and Material Specialist to support logistics internal and external customer needs via timely order delivery per customer request and revenue shipment optimization.
>> Own directly shifts continuous improvement on WAREHOUSE critical success indicator e.g. delivery performance, quality, safety, controls, costs, productivity, shift output etc.
>> Directly responsible for people development according to Intel values, performance management and review.
>> Provide timely coaching of WAREHOUSE shift employee or peer to facilitate achieving goals and objective sets.
>> Manage WAREHOUSE-related project.
>> Manage focus areas pre-assigned.
Qualifications:
>> College education or above, majored in related area;
>> At least 3 years warehouse management experiences in plant;
>> Learn related English and good computer skills
9、Lab Technician (实验室技师)
职责：
>> 按认证计划进行可靠性抽样实验；
>> 管理实验室设备及另配件；
>> 对实验室设备进行日常维护保养；
任职资格：
>> 大专以上学历，电子、机械等相关专业；
>> 2年以上实验室或半导体相关技术工作经验；
>> 相关英语资料的阅读及书写能力；
10、Maintenance Technician（动力设备维修技师）
职责：
负责分管设备的日常维护，维修，确保设备正常运转，按照设备操作规程进行操作及检查，并记录运行情况。
任职资格：
>> 机械/电气或相关专业中专或技校以上学历；
>> 有至少3年相关工作经验；
>> 能够阅读与业务相关的简单英语；
>> 有动力设备维修及安装经验者优先；
11、Warehouse Keeper ( 库房管理员)
职责:
>> 依据公司规定办理出/入库手续，入库物资必须按物资管理制度的要求分类，合理放置，标记醒目，资料完整；
>> 定期盘库清点物资，保证主体材料有一定的库存量；
>> 确保存放环境符合物资的存放要求；
>> 及时清理货物，并上报不足物品；
任职资格:
>> 中专以上学历
>> 一年以上工作经验
>> 良好的沟通及表达能力
>> 原则性强
12、Operator (操作工)
职责:
>> 依据工艺文件要求及设备操作流程，完成本工序产品生产；
>> 做好本工序产品质量,并配合检验员进行产品检验；
>> 依据生产计划完成产量；
>> 对所负责工序设备进行保养
任职资格:
>> 高中以上学历
>> 良好的沟通及协作
>> 身体健康，可适应倒班工作
