长城国际系统科技（深圳）有限公司成立于2005年，是IBM履行订单和生产制造的战略基地，产品涉足x系列服务器、p系列服务器和零售系统解决方案，同时也为IBM软件产品业务提供相关支持。公司位于深圳市科技园，由IBM采购（中国）有限公司提供相关采购支持，同时在福田保税区设有外销生产基地。公司隶属于IBM集成供应链事业部，通过整合本土及全球的专业人才及技能以确保IBM更快的应对市场变化，以高效优质的产品解决方案及服务满足客户需求并提高客户满意度，从而在IBM全球化的业务模式中担任重要角色。在与软件事业部及系统科技产品事业部的紧密协作中，这个团队进一步了解了客户需求，并通过提供快速优质的服务，领导客户满意度提升，促进业务增长。

　When IBM started its journey to become a Globally Integrated Enterprise (GIE), the first thing it worked on was its supply chain. It integrated over 30 different supply chain operations across the company into one single organization with common processes and measurement system. IBM created the Integrated Supply Chain organization to transform the supply chain from a cost center into a competitive advantage – one that helps IBM gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance client satisfaction. The Integrated Supply Chain encompasses Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Fulfillment, Global Logistics – and making sure IBM is a well-oiled machine.

International Systems Technology Company Ltd. (ISTC) was founded in 2005, ISTC is the strategic fulfillment and manufacturing site for System x, System p and RSS (retail store solutions) in IBM, it also provides related support to IBM software products. The company is located in the Science and Industry Park of Shenzhen, with procurement support from IBM China Procurement Company Ltd., it also has export manufacturing base in Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone. The company is part of IBM integrated supply chain and it plays an important role to enable IBM’s GIE model by integrating local and global talent and capabilities, allowing it to respond more quickly to client needs and market changes and deliver quality, on demand services that result in improved client satisfaction. Close collaboration with SWG (Software Group) and STG (System & Technology Group) also helps the team better understand client needs and provide more responsive and quality services, leading to improved client satisfaction and business growth.
