As part of the Asia Knowledge Services team, this role is responsible for coordinating various cross regional training initiatives with particular attention to all joint Ventures.
Accountabilities:
This role will work with the regional Learning Consultants and KSAM's to ensure JV trainers are available for the delivery of technical training programmes and that all JV employees attending programmes are invoiced and billed in a timely manner
Facilitates the successful administration, delivery and reporting of Nortel Internal Academies and non-technical Training events in Asia by providing end to end support at every stage of the process, to all stake holders - from registering students onto Training sessions to completing billing information for the Finance team to generate cross charging to the employee department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creates sessions for upcoming academies and training events.
2. Arranges support requirements by ordering equipment, training aids, and supplies and preparing purchase requisitions for course materials, delivery vendors and training venues.
3. Arranges pack and ship of all programme materials and manages programme inventory.
4. Orders courseware - liaises with Programme manager and Delivery team for requirements.
5. Manages student registrations and all student inquiries.
6. Maintains training computer systems and databases - including TEDS and Wallchart as well as a part of the Training Website.
7. Validates student completion records and prepares Internal cross charges for processing by Finance.
8. Produces reports as and when required using Brio.
9. Manages all course notifications to students; prepares VISA invitation letters as required; on-line CSAT entry; managing student lists and rosters; production of training certificates and name tags; billing and other ad-hoc queries.
10. Work with Asia EL&D team to implement various development initiatives
11. Work with team to assist in with training operations in area of responsibility
