| Responsibilities: |
| 1. |
To acquire broad understanding of processes assigned, being able to monitor queues and allocate work on a daily basis to Customer Services Executives |
| 2. |
Ability to handle escalations and process related query resolutions |
| 3. |
Plan capacity daily and intra - day, based on projections and volume analysis and allocate/reallocate resources accordingly |
| 4. |
Understand MI requirements enough to be able to produce, analyze and interpret MI |
| 5. |
Ensure compliance with audit requirements by performing audit checks as required by process, in line with business process requirements |
| 6. |
Provide leadership to team assigned, consistent with Group and Company policies and standards |
| 7. |
Leading a cohesive team, working in a supportive team environment driven by people centric values |
| 8. |
To assist the migration of French processes at respective GSC |

| Requirements: |
| 1. |
Leadership skills, with ability to build rapport with and relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people |
| 2. |
Ability (high) to speak and understand French / English fluently |
| 3. |
Graduate in any discipline |
| 4. |
Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) both French and English |
| 5. |
Flexibility to work shifts |
| 6. |
Ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data |
| 7. |
Evidence of good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends. |
| 8. |
Make projections and to interpret numeric information |
| 9. |
At least 12 months in a supervisory role, with exposure to appraisals, counselling, team building, staff development |
| 10. |
Ability to speak and understand French and English fluently, write business letters and reports, and have good conversational / telephone skills |
| 11. |
Experience in a processing environment |
| 12. |
Production management skills and initiate process improvements |
